Our history
On June 30th 2003, Signia Financial was established by the Barbadian companies Cave Shepherd & Company, United Insurance Company Ltd., and the Jamaican company GraceKennedy Ltd. Signia Financial is licensed under the Financial Institution Act, regulated by the Central Bank of Barbados and also the Securities Act, 2001 which is regulated by the Barbados Securities Commission.
Our Corporate Responsibility
